He has taken several hours of Corporate Training dealing with core HR issues ranging from Legal matters to day to day staff handlings. He has served many corporates during his employment stint with Automobile and Auto Ancillary majors. He is associated with Intero as Core Advisor and manages training division with us.

2.   Mr. K. K. Goswami – Advocate

Handling Statutory Compliance related to labour and workmen for last 25 years for various multinational conglomerates like Unitech, Hilton Hotels, Radisson Hotels, DLF companies etc. He had been able to handle entire facets of Labour law compliances, labour grievance redressal, drafting of employee code of ethics, advice on practical aspects pertaining to labour issues emerging in India and the like issues. Over the years, he had also been able to administer the statutory norms applicable for appointment, service conditions and ground realities of all sectors including permanent and contractual staff.

3. Mr. Prabhjot Singh Goomer – M.B.A. – Human Resources

Handling Human Resource and Training domain for last 25 years for various multinational conglomerates like Hyatt Hotels International, Shangri la Hotels, Hilton Hotels etc. He had been able to handle entire gamut of Management levels rightly understanding needs and objectives of each levels in the organizational hierarchy. During his 25 years of rich experience in HR domain, he has effectively done corporate HR restructuring, prepared and implemented HR manual and policies, handled Training of management personnel. He had also been able to administer the norms applicable for appointment, service conditions and ground realities of all sectors and have been able to handle services efficiently for Regular, Casual, Contractual and Third Party Staff. As an expert and core group member of HRM, he carries very clear idea of Job Description and Specifications seeking required qualification and experience levels for in-take of incumbents in any services, fair understanding of Technical, Medical, Para-medical, Non-Technical, Commercial specifications of various posts in Service and Industrial Organizations both in Public and organized Private and should prove handy for SICOM.
